About SenseAbility Therapy

We believe that when support makes sense, ability grows.

What we do

Helping every child take part in everyday life

Occupational therapy is all about helping children, teens and young adults build the skills they need to participate more confidently in everyday life at home, at school and in the community. Sometimes this means working on emotional regulation, sensory processing, fine motor skills, independence, play, learning, routines, social participation or daily living skills. Other times, it simply means helping families understand their child's needs in a way that finally makes sense.

That is where SenseAbility comes in.

Our name brings together two ideas that sit at the heart of occupational therapy: making sense of each person's unique sensory, developmental and functional needs, and supporting their ability to grow in meaningful ways. We take the time to understand the whole person, not just the challenge in front of us.
